How to flag spam, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
To report abuse of the Smouter platform — spam, fraud, or misuse you’ve observed — open a ticket from Support and pick the Abuse report category. Include timestamps and any identifiers you have; we read every report.
Security vulnerabilities are a different channel: report those privately to security@smouter.ai rather than through tickets.
