1. What you're agreeing to

By using smouter.ai — including creating an account — you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Access

Anyone can create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Access does not entitle you to specific pricing — per-token prices are published in the live catalog and can change, and every charge is drawn from credits you explicitly purchased first.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach our infrastructure outside of a coordinated security disclosure.
• Reverse-engineer routing decisions in order to bypass billing.

4. No warranty

The site and the gateway are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, savings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Savings figures elsewhere on this site describe intended behavior, not a binding warranty; what you actually paid and saved is receipted on every response.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Smouter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and flagged here with a new "last updated" date.
